Tough exam week:
- Sleep 7+ hours every night (energy = brain)
- Study 3 days for the chem test (not 1 night)
- Be kind to myself when I'm stressed
Project deadline week:
- Submit the history project by Thursday
- Don't skip class even when I'm tired
- One real meal per day
Normal week:
- Stay on top of math homework (don't fall behind)
- Read 30 pages of my English book
- Go to the gym 2x
