Tough exam week:

  1. Sleep 7+ hours every night (energy = brain)
  2. Study 3 days for the chem test (not 1 night)
  3. Be kind to myself when I'm stressed

Project deadline week:

  1. Submit the history project by Thursday
  2. Don't skip class even when I'm tired
  3. One real meal per day

Normal week:

  1. Stay on top of math homework (don't fall behind)
  2. Read 30 pages of my English book
  3. Go to the gym 2x
